In these days when we made the first encounter of the spring, which is called  goodbye Mustafa, Mustafa Bey reached us on the internet and he was expecting an idea from us in order to make a wonderful surprise to his girlfriend Merve.

We invited Mr. Mustafa to our office in Buca. In the last days of May, our groom candidate Mr. Mustafa  wanted to continue his partnerships with his girlfriend Miss Merve on the way to marriage and decided to propose a marriage to her. Indeed, before coming to visit our İzmir organizasyon office, Mr.Mustafa has directed his dreams. Since he resided in Foça, he dreamed of a small and romantic organization by the sea, but the trick was to surprise him. We made a visual presentation to Mr. Mustafa by selecting the ones that we had previously arranged for the marriage proposal and the ones at the seaside. We focused on the concept of the sea and we chose completely close to the sea.

Together with Mustafa Bey, we agreed on the marriage proposal package on the cordon, but we focused our route on Foça with the guidance of Mr. Mustafa . Thus, details about the marriage proposal organization of Foça began to take shape. We decided to have a wooden pier at the Foça location. Then, the date and time of the surprise marriage proposal to be decided, Mr.Mustafa and Foça discussed the details of the marriage proposal organization. Now, for Mr. Mustafa only the day of the proposal was left to wait and excitement.

About three hours before the time of the event, our teammates who moved to Foça carried all the equipment they would need for the wooden pier that they had decided a few days before. Firstly; The white lighthouses of old wood with oil lamps, which symbolize the path of life that our young couple would walk hand in hand for a lifetime, were placed in a way to come and form a path. Then a red carpet was laid between each lighthouse along the pier. Between the two lighthouses, one ground volcano was placed perpendicular to the red carpet. Afterwards, a wooden door decor was installed at the end of the pier outside the usual organization.

This time we used white tulle and light waterfall instead of giant banner. Both sides of the ground volcano was placed during the proposal to be detonated. Then, about one meter from the wooden door decor, at the end of the red carpet, the bistro table where our young couple would celebrate their marriage proposal was placed, and our bistro was dressed with a red cloth that corresponded to the meaning and importance of the day. The top of the bistro was decorated with detailed decorations by adding champagne and champagne glasses to celebrate our couple’s decisions. After Mr.Mustafa  marriage proposal organization, a special bouquet of red roses was placed in the bistro to present it to Miss Merve. Sound system; and the young couple’s favorite song was set to play from the moment our young couple stepped on the red carpet.

Finally; Let Miss Merve realize that the surprise was made to her. At the request of Mr.Mustafa, about twenty pink, lilac, white and gray balloons were filled with helium. All preparations were checked again and after confirming that they were not missing, Mr.Mustafa  was contacted. We were told that the preparations were over and that Miss Merve and I should take the right path.

Marriage Proposal Organization Near Sea

Mr.Mustafa, Miss Merve ; He set out for us, saying he would take him to a newly opened cafe. As our young couple approached us, Miss Merve saw the preparations for the organization at the pier and gave reactions that she liked very much, but the only detail she didn’t realize was that she didn’t understand that all these preparations were made for her.

As soon as Mr.Mustafa and Miss Merve entered our frame, our professional photographer and cameraman started shooting for a video clip that will immortalize your special day with a song chosen by our couple. When Mr. Mustafa and Miss. Merve came to the level of the pier, one of our teammates presented the balloons filled with helium to Miss Merve. Then all the friends and relatives who were hiding on the beach appeared and applauded our young couple.

Then, as our young couple Mr.Mustafa informed us, they started walking hand-in-hand to the bistro with their favorite song, the red carpet. As our young couple proceeded on the red carpet, all the ground volcanoes were detonated. When they came to the end of the red carpet, in front of the bistro, Mr. Mustafa turned to the lady and knelt and asked if she would lie with her for a lifetime. Miss. Merve responded with great joy to  “YES” and hugged Mr.Mustafa for a long time. They then danced to the romantic songs that were playing and celebrated their happiness by popping champagne. They accepted congratulations from their relatives while sipping their champagne. We wish our young couple a lifetime of happiness on behalf of the İzmir organizasyon.
